We are DeLuca Construction Company. Our core focus is remodeling homes and businesses in Delaware County, PA and Chester County, PA. DeLuca Construction Company completes a broad range of residential construction projects from home additions and full home renovations to kitchen and bath remodels, finished basements, treated and composite decks, and more. In addition, we also offer light commercial construction services to local businesses including office remodeling and retrofits.
Our Story
Growing up in South Philadelpia, Ron DeLuca, watched with immense pride as his father Roland transformed his modest immigrant dream into a thriving tailoring business. Roland's dedication to quality work and community support established a reputation that resonated throughout the neighborhood. Inspired by his father's unwavering commitment, Ron envisioned his own legacy and followed his passion for building and began work on a framing crew. Shortly thereafter, Ron decided to take a leap of faith and in 1983 he opened up shop and built his first speculative home. Ron's meticulous craftsmanship and innovative designs earned the company several industry awards, cementing its place in our local business community and fulfilling his own version of the American Dream. The building and remodeling projects he completed were more than just structures—they were a testament to his father's dream and his own hard work.
Today, Ron's son Joe now takes the helm of the family business. Under Joe's leadership, the company now evolved into a leading remodeling company in Delaware and Chester Counties. Joe, instilled with the same values and aspirations as his father and grandfather, seeks to carry forward the legacy of contributing to his community and supporting his family as he works toward achieving his own version of the American Dream - in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
More About Joe
Joe grew up learning the trade from his father, working summers for as long as he can remember - initially mastering the broom and later the hammer and saw! In 2015, Joe joined DeLuca Construction Company fulltime to work with his dad and continue the family tradition. Today, Joe wears many hats for the organization and is the primary point of contact for you throughout the duration of the project - from planning to construction. As the project manager and lead carpenter, he will also be found in the field overseeing operations and ensuring that all client expectations are met. Joe's passion for serving the community propels DeLuca Construction Company forward as he aspires to grow with the company for years to come.
Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University, completing a dual degree honors program, and he has earned his MBA from Drexel University. His academic performance has has honored him lifetime membership in the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. Currently, Joe teaches evening classes on Construction Management among other courses at Delaware County Community College. With the continued shortage of skilled trade professionals, Joe finds it imperative to give back now and is passionate to help support and grow the skilled trades profession throughout our local communities in Delaware and Chester Counties.
Joe is married to his high school sweetheart, who is an educator in Delaware County. They reside in Chester County with their children who fill their lives with much happiness and excitement.
