Building and Remodeling General Contractors serving Chester County, Delaware County, and the Main Line.
We appreciate your attention to detail and the high quality of your craftsmanship. You were here when you said you would be and you always cleaned up. Thanks for everything.
Loved your card. Most appropriate. We had Thanksgiving dinner in our new room. All painted, hardwood floor installed - windows changed to doors. Everything is functional. The cars are in the garage. One more dumpster and we're free of the last construction. We hope to get the final inspection done this month. I have gotten the final checklist from the township. We still think of you fondly. You got us started in the right direction and made all of this possible. We thank you. We hope to have an open house just before spring. You and your workers are definitely invited. We will let you know.
Please accept my sincere apology for dropping the ball here. Enclosed is the final payment. I regret the inconvenience I caused you. It's not often in life you meet two outstanding people such as yourself and Joe.
Thanks for a great job. We love our kitchen. You and your crew were great to work with. We would be happy to recommend your work to anyone.
Thank you for your Home Show tickets. I hope this means you have accepted our offer to see your almost finished project and a quick (or long) meal. We are still excited about what you did for us. The big jobs are done and only about 1,000 small jobs remain.
You and your workers are great. We are more than satisfied. We will see you at the Home Show and again share our appreciation. Have an idea when you are all available?
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and commend you on the excellent workmanship in the remodeling of our kitchen area. Now that the dust has settled and things are getting back into place, I can look at the project more objectively and realize that we weren't really too much off from a realistic target.
I realize you found my expectations to be demanding, but I will have to admit that I had never before dealt with a contractor that showed the follow through and business ethics that you demonstrated. It also goes without saying, that Terry's workmanship was a very important factor in our satisfaction with this project. I know that both of you did everything you could to satisfy my demands.
Should you want references at any time, I would be more than happy to provide them for you. Again, thank you for a job very well done! I hope we can work together again in the future.
Thank you so much for helping to make my career day a success. The students and staff loved your presentation. You really captured the interest of our students. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your job experiences with us.
Thank you for getting our project finished on time! Everything has fallen into place on our time table - in part due to your assistance.
Enclosed is the final payment for the house project. Martha and I are very pleased with the final product. Thank you for all your help. Terry and Matt were great to work with. I would be happy to be a reference for you with potential clients. We wish you well.
Thank you once again for the Home Show tickets. It is getting to be like old home week. We get to see friends again. We include you in the friends department.
We still think of you and your other workers fondly. We appreciate all you did for us.
Jackie and I are very pleased with the results of the second floor remodeling. I will recommend you guys to be on tool time! Enclosed is the balance and $20 for a case of beer. Enjoy!
